Job description

Jerita is looking to recruit an apprentice recruitment consultant.

Are you aged between 16 and 18 and would like to work within a well-established recruitment company who operates across Leicestershire and nationally?

Main Duties to include:

General administration including.
Photocopy, filing and sorting post.  Sourcing possible candidates to fill positions.
Interviewing candidates.
Building up relationships with clients and candidates.
Work towards targets.
Full training will be given.
Qualities/Skills Required.

We would ideally like to find someone who has excellent IT skills especially with social media.

Some of the key duties for our apprentice will include:

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with email enquiries
  • Using our bespoke booking and CRM system
  • Interview preparation – applying for references and booking candidates for interview
  • Promoting Jerita via Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Meeting the needs of clients and staff
  • Implementing recruitment and vetting procedures in line with company guidelines
  • Outgoing telephone calls to clients and prospects

The experience of working with computerised systems, including data entry and calculations, knowledge of the filing and retrieval operations of numerical filing systems, experience of working to deadlines in a busy office environment, use of general office equipment and knowledge of the recruitment sector are all advantageous.
